Welcome to The Wellness Room.
This is a holistic wellness space, a space for you, a space to heal, to reconnect and learn how to live your most balanced self.
On demand, you will find wellness talks, fitness videos, and stretching sessions.
I upload 2 to 3 weekly fitness videos. My workout sessions are a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet.
Tone, is my signature class, where I work on the entire body, You will have access to the long version of Tone, which is around 50 minutes, and a lighter version of it, which is approximately 30 minutes.
This will allow you to choose what ideally fits to your agenda and your timings.
I am a big believer of a little and often, is the key to consistent progress and always the best option. This is a place to find the workouts that will suit you, to your level, to your pace.
My combine-it sessions, are shorter workout sessions, usually focusing either on the lower body or upper body. You can do them on their own when out of time or just combine them to your needs
Flows, is one of my favorite creations. This will silence your mind while tuning in with your body. Combining yoga and pilates, we will move seamlessly from one move to the other, to the beat of the music, and with our eyes closed, if possible. Very little talking is involved.
You will also find barre/ballet full body sessions as well as stretching sessions to slow it down and stretch when needed.
Whatever you do, all of my sessions are meant to bring peace to your mind, lower your cortisol levels and make you feel good, inside out.
I will also share with you all of my wellness tips, we will tackle on stress, anxiety, inflammation, nutrition and time management.
