About: My name is Carolina, I am a mom of two beautiful girls,a wife, an entrepreneur, psychologist, wellness coach, a certified 200h Yoga Instructor and a pilates instructor. Certified, also on Neuroanatomy Foundations for Movement.

With over 12 years of experience in the fitness world, I have created a program to help you look & feel at your best. A mindful & peaceful place, with workouts that will give you the results that you are looking for, externally and internally.

You will need: 3lbs hand weights and 1.5lbs ankle weights.
