You can do this on its own or combine it with a Tone. Do it always after the mat workout (tones).
Optional: One kilo hand weights. Make sure you have good shoes for this cardio. If you are jumping on hard floors, do not jump to high, to keep the impact low on your knees.
You will need one kilo hand weights
You will need: 0.7 kilo ankle weights and 1.5 kilo hand weights. ( My ankle weights are from decathlon, they have 0.7 kilo option). If not, Bala has 0.5 kilo, which is fine too.
