My 50 minute signtaure workout, combining pilates, yoga and ballet. It focuses on toning, lengthening and strengthening. Expect little weight and high reps in every session. Breath through it and allow yourself to connect with your body through movement.
You will need 3lbs or 1.5 kilo hand weights.
You will need 1.5 lbs or 0.6 kilo ankle weight and 3lbs ankle weight for last section, always optional.

For ankle weights I am using 0,75 kilos ( half a kilo ankle weight is also valid).
Practice this tone at least 4 times a week and get better at the angles and moves.
