This tone is a combination of ballet, yoga and pilates. The goal is to lengthen your body while working on strength and stamina. Repeat this routine during the week. Aim to get better at it each time. You should try to do this at least 3 to 4 times during the week.
This week is 45 minutes long with a 10 minute optional cardio at the end of it for an extra burn of calories. Go practice, work on the moves this week and when short in time this week, practice the 15 minute morning flow 2.
