You will need 3lbs or 1.5 kilo hand weights.
You will need 1.5 lbs or 0.6 kilo ankle weight and 3lbs ankle weight for last section, always optional.
Equipment:
1.5 lbs ankle weights ( optional always- work on form first if beginner)
3lbs hand weights
Yoga strap or small hand towel
EQUIPMENT: You will need 1 kilo or (1.5 kilo ) hand weights. Up to you, depending on how much you want to challenge yourself.
For ankle weights I am using 0,75 kilos ( half a kilo ankle weight is also valid).
Practice this tone at least 4 times a week and get better at the angles and moves.
