EQUIPMENT: You will need 1 kilo or (1.5 kilo ) hand weights. Up to you, depending on how much you want to challenge yourself.
For ankle weights I am using 0,75 kilos ( half a kilo ankle weight is also valid).
Practice this tone at least 4 times a week and get better at the angles and moves.
Equipment: Double folded mat to protect your knees, 1.0 and 1.5 kilo hand weights. 0.5 /0.7 kilo ankle weights. In this class I am using 0.7 kilo which is approximately 1.5 pounds.
