Hello Tolani, thank you. Funny enough I do have all of these things detailed but it seems like some of you are not seeing them. I think you can only see them while streaming through a laptop. I will note it and add the specifics on another area for you to see . Thanks !! About the specific target- I do specify on combine its but never on tones because the target is full body 🤍
Hi Carolina, really enjoying the workouts! Would like to suggest the following:
- not sure if it's just my computer or not but I have the volume on max and I still struggle to hear your voice
- would like to have more instructions on things like when to change sides, breathing patterns etc. so I won't have to look at the video that often

Thank you for your suggestions. I am not sure why you are no hearing me. Are you doing the latest tones? Those are the ones I am wearing a mic, so you should hear me well. Let me know please. Also, about the cues, I'll have that in mind. If you are new to my site, it will get a while until you get used to me. Then, you will follow along with your eyes closed. Trust me on that one. Thanks for joining and for leaving helpful suggestions.

But what I find is that your voice sounds a bit far which means that it gets covered by the music and sinks into the background.

I was wondering if the playback speeds (to speed up or slow down) could be added to the videos? I know Vimeo-powered videos can have that option usually but I don't see it on yours. If that's at all possible, I would really appreciate it. If not, no worries.

Love the workouts, especially the flows. Have you thought about numbering the workouts so they are easier to find? Ex: if I see a clip on Insta and want to do the workout, I have to just try to find the bodysuit you're wearing and see if that's the right one. I just feel like it might be easier to search and find the workouts, keep track of the ones I've done, etc, if there were categorized by number as opposed to date (which usually takes me a sec to figure out what it is since, for me, the day and month and switched around). Thanks! Keep up the great work.

On second glace, it looks like some of them are and some are not. Some of the Ballet Fusions are not: Ex: Ballet Fusion 12/2/21 and 11/10/21. Chair Fusion Full Body Workout on 13/01/2022. Lots of the Flows are, which is helpful b/c those are my favorite
Right, those are not. I do that on purpose, cause if not I would go crazy with numbering everything! Lol. But I will keep the suggestion in mind and will improve it!! X Thank you!
