I know you say most of your workouts are hip and thigh. But would you please be able to specify which workouts would be best to lean out these areas and drop them below so they are easy to find?
My body shape is all year round tight tummy, toned arms and stubborn thigh fat!

I like to train 30-60 mins per day as a general and seem to find your intermediate and advanced classes fine to follow. Thank you xx
