Equipment: Half ankle weights (for arm section and leg section). Bonus or optional : Another half kilo ankle weights for the last part of the session.
1) During the arms, place your feet hip width apart and engage full body, not only arms.
2) Do not arch your back while lifting leg. If that means you need to lower the height of the lift, please do.
3) Have fun with the stick. The stick is used to bring spatial awareness and stability So have fun exploring.
4) If you need to do less reps during the first tries, please do so. Move to your own pace, but try to catch up with me with practice during the week .
