Using the resistance of a light band, we will work on our arms and core. This session will help to mobilize, sculpt and define your arms beautifully while working on posture. Grab a lightweight resistance band( don't use a heavy one) and enjoy this short session.
No equipment, just a bar or a chair ( with weight on it)
