These type of moves will elongate and strengthen, being kind to your body. Be mindful of your form, focus on your movement and try to get better at it by practicing. Consistency is key. Do not give. up. Once you feel comfortable, you can move on the tone workouts (which are my signature workouts). As you get stronger, you can add half a kilo ankle weights. If you are not there yet, please do not add weights.
