These type of moves will elongate and strengthen, being kind to your body. Be mindful of your form, focus on your movement and try to get better at it by practicing. Consistency is key. Do not give. up. Once you feel comfortable, you can move on the seven day routine folder. Your goal is to do the assigned Tone of the week for 5 to 6 times a week. Why? Because I want you to work on every single move, mastering it so that you can move on to another routine the following week.
