These type of moves will elongate and strengthen, being kind to your body. Be mindful of your form, focus on your movement and try to get better at it by practicing. Consistency is key. Do not give. up. Start with foundations, (1,2,3 4 etc), once you get used to my style, you may move on to the ASSIGNED (IN 7 DAY ROUTINE FOLDER) TONE LIGHT, and once you feel comfortable with it, move on to the ASSIGNED Tone of the week. The whole point is to to the assigned routine for 4 to 5 times, or until you feel like you've got the flow and you start to master and enjoy the class. After that, if you wish to do any other workout available to you in this Wellness Room, then do so by choosing any workout you like. No rules. Enjoy and learn to LOVE your journey.
