Use the pole, or the broom stick to get deeper into the stretches. This session is mean to open your body, release tension while exploring mobility.
Perfect session for right before bed or on a day you need to create space and release tension.
You can do this sitting on your chair, at the office, or sittin on the floor. Just remember to sit tall and elongate that spine and neck while stretching. Hope it feels good.
Do it with no shoes, preferably. I did it with shoes because it was pretty cold outside. :-)
