Our core is a powerhouse and we need to be connected to it by strengthening it and making it available to us. It's very much needed to move, rotate, extend, lift in any form or manner. If our core is not strong enough, other muscles will be called into action, creating imbalance and injuries. Gaining knowledge of how our body works and how powerful it is, will only make us stronger and will help us move better.
